The Secret Olive Garden

The Secret Olive Garden is situated on a fully organic, boutique olive farm, in a green belt on the west bank of the Grobbelaars River in Oudtshoorn. Bird life is abundant. There is a herb garden, a picnic garden, and a swimming pool to enjoy. Guests are invited to participate in the olive harvest in season. We are 5 minutes away from the Klein Karoo Mall, and close to the road to George airport and the Cango Caves.

We offer accommodation of three types:

1. The Artists Studio is a 45sqm self-catering unit with a luxuriously comfortable double bed, an en-suite with large shower, a bespoke wooden kitchenette, and a cosy lounge. The studio has its own private, covered stoep under tall trees.
2. Kalamata is a well-appointed double bedroom, with a large en-suite, a king size bed and its own private, covered stoep under tall trees. Breakfast is included as an optional extra. The room has a tea/coffee station and a small fridge.
3. Aloe Cottage is a separate 60sqm self-catering unit . It has an XL bedroom with queen bed, an open plan living room/kitchen with a fridge, hob and washing machine, and a separate, large shower room. It has a wooden deck and has views of the pool, the tree aloes, and the garden.
