Cango’s Rest

Cango’s Rest is on the R328 on the outskirts of Oudtshoorn, on route to the world famous Cango Caves.

We have rooms that sleep 2, as well as family units for families of 4 or 5.
Our next door neighbours is the Cango Wildlife Ranch which means that you will probably hear their lions roaring in the early mornings or late at night!

Each room/unit has its own parking bay which is behind safety gates and off the street.

Each unit has its own private wooden overlooking the Grobbelaars River as well as the Swartberg Mountain range.

In the family rooms there is either a double or king bed as well as a bunker bed for the 2 or 3 kids.

Each unit has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. There is also a kitchenette with a fridge or bar fridge, a microwave oven, a kettle, etc. Cutlery and crockery is supplied for the quantity of guests of each unit.

We have installed a splash pool to help against the heat in summer! We have a venue for functions up to 50 people on the premises .

If you want to have a farm feeling but still be close to town, then Cango’s Rest is the place to be!
