Randrivier Guesthouse is an idyllic thatched roof guesthouse that offers quality accommodation in the picturesque Robertson Wine Valley, South Africa. We combine peaceful, relaxing country atmosphere and access to some of the best wineries, restaurants and leisure experiences around.

We’re located just 1 km outside of Robertson, a convenient hour’s drive from Cape Town. The small town of Robertson is an entertainment hub on the Route 62 tourism route. This popular scenic route links the Cape winelands to the Klein Karoo and Eastern Cape. The wineries in the Robertson Wine Valley produce some of South Africa’s best wines. It also hosts the annual Wacky Wine Weekend, on of the country’s favourite wine events.

Comfort for couples’ getaways and larger groups

We have enough space in the rondavels and double rooms to sleep 12 people. Larger groups stay over in the same comfort as couples needing a getaway for the weekend. All rooms have convenient outside access and air-conditioning. Together with beautiful scenery, friendly hosts and stunning accommodation, guests can also enjoy free parking and complimentary wi-fi internet access.

Randrivier Guesthouse is an S.A. Tourism rated B&B surrounded by tranquil gardens on a working farm, 1 km outside of Robertson on the Silverstrand road. The picturesque villages of Montagu, McGregor, Bonnievale and Ashton are nearby, with their golf courses, wineries, restaurants, pubs and shops. The area has an excellent tourist infrastructure, with info offices and maps listing activities. Don’t miss the MTB, hiking and birding trails. Look out for boating on the Breede River boating, game farms, a maze and much more.

Your hosts Fanus and Jeanette Bruwer have years of experience in the tourism industry. They love to welcome and entertain tourists from all over the globe on their farm. Parts of the guesthouse are nearly 200 years old and feature beautiful antique heirlooms in the decor.
